Refund & Return Policy (Convo Assist)

Convo Assist offers a 7-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases, subject to the terms below.

1) 7-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Convo Assist product, you may request a refund if you:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking), and
  • Return the product according to our return instructions.

Requests made after 7 days are not eligible. After 7 days, all sales are final except where required by law.

2) How to Start a Return (Required)

Email support@convoassist.net with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A brief reason (optional)

We will reply with the Swift House return address and return instructions.

Do not ship a return until you receive the return address/instructions from us.

3) Return Shipping (Customer Pays)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

4) Return Condition Requirement (Same Condition as Received

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in the same condition as received, including:

  • all included components and accessories (and packaging where applicable), and

  • no damage beyond what was present at delivery.

We may deny refunds for items returned with missing components, signs of misuse, or damage.

5) How to Label Your Return

To ensure Swift House can process your return quickly, include your order number inside the package and label the package as:

6) Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, duties, and taxes may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

7) Refund Timing

After Swift House receives your return, we will inspect/process it and notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds are issued shortly after processing. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

8) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@convoassist.net within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible. We’ll work with you on the fastest resolution.
